Infusion rich in antioxidants.
Very peculiar infusion as it leaves the water with an intense blue color. When something acidic is added, it completely changes color (natural lime, natural lemon, tonic water...) and turns purple or pink.
It is ideal for making a pink lemonade.
Ingredients: Blue butterfly pea flower
Infusion color: Deep blue
Instructions: Infuse 2 gr of product in 200 ml of water.
Temperature: 100ºC
Time: 5 minutes
