Bobal Blanco, from Vicente Gandía, is a wine made from 100% blanc de noirs grapes under the appellation of origin Utiel-Requena.

White wine

This white wine has been made with red grapes of the bobal variety. To do so, it has been harvested by hand and pressed whole, obtaining a pressing yield below 45%. This must was left to cool on its lees for 3 days to absorb the light color extracted and fermented after racking the clean ones at 14ºC. Finally, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels

Yellow in color with gray and reddish backgrounds, this blanc de noirs has aromas of wild strawberry, white flowers and ripe white fruit. On the palate, it has an integrated and refreshing acidity with a long finish.

Alcoholic content: 12%

It is recommended to be consumed between 5 and 7 degrees
