The Wine bobos is one of the synonyms with which the variety Bobal in Requena is known. Hispano Suiza 's latest oenological bet has been to develop a monovarietal of this variety, to obtain a different bobal and according to the parameters of the rest of the wines of the winery.
The result is the wine bobos , a singular wine, that will draw attention to those who already know the variety but also be a good welcome to those who approach for the first time, and without prejudice, to the Bobal. Colour: intense red with purple edges and slightly tiled bottom. Aroma: Complex, combined with the aroma of the oak with the ripe fruit on a balsamic roasted background.
