Solano Arriola anchovies are a gourmet product made from the Cantabrian Sea anchovy, the same one used to make the famous Santoña anchovies. The anchovies are carefully selected and cleaned by hand, removing the head and bones. They are then subjected to a process of salting and vinegar, which gives them a unique flavor and a tender and firm texture. The anchovies are packaged in a plastic container with a net weight of 930g, which contains about 120-140 anchovies. Solano Arriola anchovies are perfect to enjoy on their own or accompanied by bread, olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Additionally, they undergo a controlled freezing treatment for anisakis, which ensures their safety and quality.
