Brandy Fundador Sherry Cask: Brandy Solera of the Specific Denomination Brandy de Jerez, obtained from highly selected wines for distillation in columns (continuous distillation apparatus), obtaining from them spirits of the highest quality. These are carefully aged in oak casks of 500 liters previously bottled with the most select wines of Jerez through the traditional dynamic system of Soleras and Criaderas.
