USES

• External: Boil for 10 minutes two tablespoons of calendula. Let cool and apply by means of a few compresses or soaked houses on irritated skin
• Decotion: 4 grams per cup. It should be left to stand for about 15 minutes in a covered pot and then strained for consumption.
• Coction: 30 grams of calendula per liter of water.
• It is recommended to take 2 cups a day after meals
• In case it is to be used for menstrual regulation, it is necessary to start taking a week before starting the menstruation process.
