Description
Valencia Almond with skin in its largest caliber (S/14), all almonds have a width equal to or greater than 14mm, which is first hand washed, then bathed in a special mixture of integral cane sugar, sea salt, and sweet Vera paprika.
Subsequently, it is given a fine and elegant coating of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to give it an even more delicious touch.
After this, it is spread on our horizontal trays and introduced into our ovens, where, every 8 minutes, we turn it by hand so that it toasts on all sides until it reaches the perfect toast.
Finally, it is taken out of our ovens and allowed to cool at its leisure, so that, once tempered, it is properly packaged in each of its formats.
The result?
A modern, elegant, tasty, and different caramelized almond.
It improves traditional caramelization by being more subtle and containing less sugar, giving more prominence to the nut, while also mixing and emulating the Salted-Caramel flavor but also making it vegan, as it does not use milk but EVOO to give that extra touch of flavor.
