Description
Walnut halves, are first hand-washed, then coated in a special mixture of whole cane sugar, sea salt, and sweet paprika from La Vera.
Subsequently, they are given a fine and elegant coating of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to add an even more delicious touch.
After this, they are spread on our horizontal trays and placed in our ovens, where, every 8 minutes, they are hand-turned to toast on all sides until they reach the perfect toast.
Finally, they are taken out of our ovens and left to cool at their own pace, and once tempered, they are properly packaged in each of their formats.
The result?
A modern, elegant, tasty, and unique caramelized walnut.
Improves traditional caramelization by being more subtle and using less sugar, giving more prominence to the nut, while also mixing and emulating the Salted-Caramel flavor but also making it vegan since no milk is used, only EVOO to give that extra touch of flavor.
