RECOMMENDED RECIPE:
Drain the thistle and give them a water. While they are drying, heat a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When it is hot add some diced Serrano ham with some chopped garlic. Once the garlic is golden brown add the thistle over medium heat and stir for a couple of minutes. Just add a little salt to taste and that's it!
