Rosemary is a typical Mediterranean plant. It is produced by the nectar of the rosemary flower. Its color varies from white to pale gold and its aroma and flavor are very pleasant. It is a honey that acts against liver diseases, epilepsy, rheumatism, gout, cirrhosis, weakness, vertigo, favours the functions of the liver and combats physical and intellectual exhaustion. Its properties give our liqueurs a colour, aroma and flavour that make them unmistakable. Our rosemary honey "Casas de Abril" has been awarded several times as Best Honey of Castilla La Mancha (Accesit Award/2002 and 2004).
