In 1951, in a place in La Mancha whose name if I want to remember, & nbsp; La Roda , was born the Ruiz family career, working with effort and dedication in the workshop.
There In the sixties, Don Manuel Blanco L &ópez, a well-known and beloved confectioner from Rodeo, created the first & ldquo; miguelito & rdquo;, fine puff pastry cake filled with sweet pastry cream and covered, not with ground sugar, but glazed, and which owes its name to a great friend, Miguel Ram & iacute; rez, who was the first to try this novelty cake.
Years later the Ruiz family began to elaborate the delicious Miguelitos from & nbsp; La Roda , following Don Manuel's legacy and writing part of his history by creating for the first time the chocolate Miguelitos, the white chocolate ones, the Bombón Miniguelitos and the Lorencitos.
And in that place, & nbsp; La Roda , and from this family, arrive in all their original essence, just as it was created, the real Miguelito Glaseado 1951.
