Fresh, unpasteurized caviar, capable of awakening all the senses. It is obtained through two extractions a year, in spring and autumn, following the natural cycles of female sturgeon. It is excellent quality standard caviar, with roe of the usual size of Siberian sturgeon (diameter of 2.5 to 3mm). Golden Star Award 2013 at the Superior Taste Award.

Tasting: It is important to keep it cold until the moment of tasting. It is recommended to eat it alone, pressing the roe between the palate and the tongue. It can be placed on top of boiled potatoes, fried eggs, a blini with sour cream, accompanying salmon, avocado, pasta or shrimp. It pairs perfectly with cold vodka, cava, champagne, or dry white wine.
