They are bright golden oil pearls that burst in the mouth and offer their intense flavor suddenly. They are made using the culinary technique of encapsulation, so the oil is enclosed within a jelly texture.
The encapsulated oil does not undergo any alteration, which is why CAVIAROLHEA preserves all its qualities and benefits within the capsules.
