The gros chèvre sec is part of the natural rind soft cheese family.
Its goaty and almondy smell gives way to a slightly nutty, sweet and creamy flavor.Its color is thin tinted with blue and light gray, its texture is tender and smooth and varies according to its maturation.Tastes all year round with an optimal period from March to December.
The Gros chèvre sec is matured by us in a ventilated cellar for 3 to 4 weeks.
