The Guilde Saint Germain de Vibrac is located in the wooded hills of Petite Champagne. This limestone terroir brings together the ideal conditions for the production of fine and elegant spirits. Harvested after a tumultuous summer, the wines are distilled on lees in a small copper still. Then, the eaux-de-vie will age in barrels of coarse-grained oak, elevating and capturing all the essence of this village.
