Sweet gelled cream wine sauce

Made by hand with Cream Wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Cádiz at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River. No added water, coloring or preservatives.

Ideal with fruits, cheeses, sweet and sour foods and oriental food.

Ingredients: Wine cream 72%, sugar, lemon juice, agar agar (gelling agent).

The name of the brand El Tesorillo refers to the archaeological discoveries that were made in the area of La Algaida de Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Cream is a fortified liqueur wine made by blending or "cabeceo" of fortified wines of oxidative aging (mainly oloroso). It has a chestnut to dark mahogany colour and an unctuous appearance.
