Hummus, or chickpea cream, is a great classic of Mediterranean cuisine. Here it is enhanced with a note of cumin for an explosion of flavors in the mouth as an aperitif.
Use on toast as an appetizer, as an accompaniment to raw vegetables or in a verrine with cured ham. Mix before use. Store in the refrigerator before use for optimal enjoyment.

Ingredients: chickpeas 48%, SESAME cream, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, lemons, cider vinegar, garlic, concentrated lemon juice, salt, acidifier: lactic acid, spices including cumin 0.2%.
