Therefore, it is an ultra-concentrated food supplement that we recommend for those more rebellious days. We should take 1 tablet a day for a week in the Initial or Attack Phase. After that week, for the Continuity Phase, we can take another product from the same line: Curarti® Forte (each tablet is equivalent to 120,000 mg of Curcuma longa). The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, responsible for its activity in our body. Curcumin has the particularity of being insoluble in water and therefore it is necessary to take it in large quantities to obtain its benefits.
