INGREDIENTS: Liquid glucose for food use. INDICATIONS: Glucose specially indicated for use in pastry and creative bakery, confectionery, ice cream shops, and general food. For the preparation of fondant and candies. ALLERGENS: None. USAGE: Add directly to the dough during the beating process, or to the mix. PRESENTATION: Transparent jar of pvp, net weight 300g with transparent pvc lid. WARNINGS: Keep in original closed container, in a dry place, at room temperature (max. 25 ºC), away from heat sources and avoiding exposure to light. Do not ingest directly, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
