The Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is a sublime expression of the prestigious Champagne house, reflecting the vision of the monk Pierre Pérignon to "create the best wine in the world". The 2015 vintage is characterized by its contrasting climatic conditions, starting with a particularly cold spring, followed by a long period of heat and drought until late August. The harvest, which began on September 7 under a radiant sun, produced grapes of exceptional generosity and balance.
