Usage:
DEHYDRATED USE: consume directly, or baked as a snack, alone or with other salty appetizers; or crush or grind them and use them as a condiment or natural flavoring, or include them with flours of other products for the preparation of breads, pastries, breaded, tempuras, etc. HOW TO REHYDRATE THEM: it is recommended to soak in warm sea water (or slightly salted) for 10 minutes. It increases approximately 10 times its weight when dry. ONCE REHYDRATED USE: as a salad.
