The making of our oils

To get this flavor blend there are 2 steps.

The first will be to make our nut oil. The second will be to process the tomatoes.

The second step will be to process the tomatoes

To extract our oils, we have 3 manufacturing steps.

First we will crush our walnut kernels under one of our two grinding wheels. After about 30 minutes, a creamy paste will appear before being collected.

Then in a cast iron skillet, the previously obtained paste will be slowly heated in order to reveal the aromas of the nut.

We will finish with the pressing stage. Thanks to a pressure of 40 tons exerted by the hydraulic jack our traditional walnut oil will be extracted.

The oil will be pressed in the press
