PRESENTATION: Choose how you want to enjoy your 100% Duroc ham. You can buy the whole piece to enjoy it cut when you choose, or if you do not feel like cutting you can buy it boned in one piece, packaged in a protective atmosphere and finally netted in our drying room. The weight of the product corresponds to a leg of between 8 and 8.5 kilos, being boneless in 5.2 kilos approximately. To guarantee the maximum quality of the product, we send the ham in a cardboard box for a safe transit
QUALITY: This ham is obtained with an excellent raw material, 100% Duroc certified pigs that guarantees that both paternal and maternal line are pigs of this breed. The process of salting and curing the ham has followed the traditional method in one of the oldest dryers in the region of Gúdar-Javalambre, in the municipality of Mora de Rubielos, over 1000 meters high, which gives the ham its characteristic aroma and flavor. It is a product made from the best pieces of pork to obtain a natural product after the salting and curing process, thus achieving the best aroma, flavour and a characteristic colour, which changes from pink to dark red in the lean part, with fat of intense flavour
