It is a whiskey blend of several grains aged separately for a minimum of three years in American oak barrels. With at least 3 years of aging in French oak barrels. DYC Distilleries were created in 1959 in Palazuelos de Eresma, province of Segovia, by Nicomedes Garcia.
Color: Pale straw.
Nose: With a hint of fruit, spices and toasted wood.
Palate: Creamy, malty and spicy.
Finish: Smoky and spicy.
