L-carnitine is an amino acid that is produced in our body. Its main function is to convert fat reserves into energy. If we lack L-carnitine, our body will capture energy from proteins (for example, from muscles) instead of fat reserves.

Ingredients:

acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), L-carnitine L-tartrate 12.5%, bulking agent (sorbitol), flavors, sweetener (sucralose), colorant (riboflavins).

Composition (1 tablet):

• L-carnitine L-tartrate 500 mg
• - of which L-carnitine 335 mg

Directions for use:

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200ml of cold water. Take 1 effervescent tablet daily in the morning or before training.
