Cárnicas Rodríguez was founded in 1969, with a tradition of ancestors dedicated to the world of butchering. Since then, we have tried to follow the product line of our predecessors. Over the years, and thinking about the health of some family members, the healthier line was born: fat-free salchichón and chorizo with olive oil, a healthy and low-calorie product.
All our sausages are gluten-free and lactose-free because tradition has never required it. "Why add something it doesn't need?"
