Epsom salts, that is, Magnesium sulfate, are named after the Epsom water sources, an English town where this salt was discovered.
Its main function is to cleanse the bile ducts by dragging and eliminating stones. These ducts have been widened by the malic acid that must be consumed beforehand.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 level tablespoon of coffee (equivalent to 1.12 grams) in a glass of water per day (provides 224 mg of magnesium).
