How to use:
1 dispenser = 400 mg of vitamin C Adults: 1 to 3 dosages per day, according to needs, to be diluted in a glass of water (150 ml) or to mix the powder directly in a compote. For children from 3 to 10 years old, half a dose per day (200 mg).
Ingredients:
