It comes from the Kochere region, Beloya (Ethiopia), cultivated at altitudes of 2000m, of the mocha varietal and is processed by the washing method
This coffee is identified by its bright citrus acidity and silky body. It recalls notes of jasmine, bergamot and peach. It leaves us with a sweet aftertaste of cocoa.
