Isbilya Grand Coupage is a balanced and sensational oil, like the best oils in the world it enjoys low levels of acidity and is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.
In October, after a rapid harvest, the olives are sent to the mill in less than two hours. There, we will carry out a true cold extraction at less than 27ºC, obtaining our pure olive juice.
The grinding is done in less than two hours since its harvest.
