Organic extra virgin olive oil IN BRANCH of the Arbequina variety. A true organic olive juice freshly squeezed. Made in the Artajo olive press (Fontellas, Navarra) exclusively with organic mixed olives of the Arbequina variety, from their own farm and harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November 2022.
To make 1 liter of this extra virgin olive oil, 8 kg of mixed olives, harvested at the beginning of November, have been milled. This olive juice is produced within 2 hours after harvesting, which guarantees a great freshness and intensity of aromas, resulting in an EVOO with great intensity of color, flavor and aroma. It also has, compared to other filtered oils, a higher content of polyphenols (great antioxidant) as it contains:
- Apolar polyphenols: liposoluble (present in all oils).
- Polar polyphenols: water-soluble (additional for not filtering).
Net Content: 1L
Olive Variety: Arbequina.
Acidity:Packaging:1L clear glass bottle so that the intense green characteristic of this freshly squeezed and unfiltered RAMA EVOO can be observed.
Certified Organic: ES-ECO-025-NA Agriculture EU.
Highest category EVOO obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical procedures. First cold extraction.
As it is an unfiltered EVOO, it may contain some sediment.
