We collect them in single varietals, each variety has its virtues on the palate, therefore once tasted, we make a product in the ideal proportions according to the season, to give the EVOO a characteristic fruity flavor, with a touch of spiciness and lacking defects on the palate.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is traditionally made. Obtained from olives from the southern Cordovan countryside regions of Monturque and Montilla, traditionally grown and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level below 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
You can use it both in stews and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
