The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is traditionally made. Obtained from olives from the region of the southern Cordoban countryside Monturque and Montilla, grown traditionally and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level lower than 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
You can use it in stews and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
