The maceration we do is totally natural, we use SCORPION CHILI for its spicy power and fruity flavor, imported from Mexico

We immerse it in our extra virgin olive oil, so that it begins its artisan maceration process

Once the product takes its optimal flavor and approved by our quality department, we proceed to remove the scorpion chili. Leaving a product without residues and that will remain unalterable in flavor and intensity.

On the palate you notice a pleasant spiciness, neither too strong nor too weak, with the peculiarity that the spiciness disappears after 20 minutes of having consumed the product

Due to the very natural process it receives, the extra virgin olive oil remains analytically unaltered (tested in mirror laboratories with available analytics)
