The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is traditionally made oil. Obtained from olives from the southern region of Monturque and Montilla in Córdoba, traditionally grown and through a first cold extraction process. With an acidity level below 0.2%, it has a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
You can use it in stews and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
