Made with organic white wine from rosé wine and matured in barrels. Then aromatic herbs, flowers, spices and organic bitter orange are added. The perfect aperitif can not miss a good vermouth, so accompany it with a slice of orange and ice.

The Fernández Pons project is a family project and was born from the union of four brothers who in 2006 set a common goal: to produce premium organic wines
Their vineyards grow in the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park and their winery in Casas del Rey (Valencia) shows their love for well-cared projects, as they cultivate their vines without chemical synthesis treatments, harvesting by hand and selecting small berry clusters, and the subsequent intervention and technification are minimal.
Fernández Pons is known for its wines, beers and vermouths. In a copper still they distill the beers they produce, obtaining a high quality organic alcohol and malty aromas with which they top the vermouths, made with wine from their cellar and the secret recipe of their botanicals.
As good Valencians, organic orange is also present to give the right bitterness to their vermouths
