Flor de Enya

Flor de Enya is an organic red wine from the D.O. Alicante made with the variety Monastrell and Syrah.Its name refers to the original toponym of the locality, which in Arabic is "Alenhia" and that represents the shrub known with the same name: "Alenha" or "Ligustrum lucidum" and that serves to make numerous dyes like the tattoos. Although these plants are not in place today, they were in the past and were called "Enya Flower". A return to the environmental tradition of the place.
