MODE OF EMPLOYMENT
At the maximum dose of 70g per Kg of meat paste. Dissolve in the necessary water and knead.

2 Chop the fat with a 12-14 millimeter plate.
3 Transfer to the mixer and add the blood and the mixture.
4 Knead for 4 to 6 minutes.
5 Stuff into natural beef or pork casings, 32/34 gauge.
6 Cook at 70ºC for approximately 50 minutes.
7 Cool in running water and then hang so that they do not touch each other.
