FROZEN BABY CARROTS 300G
Small whole, thin, sweet and tasty carrots. Ideal as a side dish or as an ingredient for your salads.
INGREDIENTS:
Ultrafrozen carrot.

INSTRUCTIONS:
There are two ways to prepare the carrots: in a regular pot or in a pressure cooker.
Cook before consuming.
In a pot: 8 min
1. Boil approx. 1L of water.
2. Add the carrots without thawing.
3. When it starts boiling again, cook the carrots for 8 minutes and drain with a colander.
In a pressure cooker: 2 min
1. Add the carrots without thawing to the pot and cover with approx. 1L of water.
2. Once the valve starts spinning with energy, cook for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, let it rest until all the steam comes out and drain with a colander.
