Clearspring's unpasteurized Genmai miso is a versatile seasoning that can be used to season soups, stews and legume dishes. It is also delicious in sauces, pates and pickles. It is a fantastic dressing for salads, noodles, grains and legumes.
It is recommended to combine with beans, sauces, baked and simmered dishes and vegetable soups and stews. It can be substituted with salt. Dilute with cooking liquid before use.
