Goliardo is a red wine made from Caiño, Loureiro and Espadeiro grapes of the Rías Baixas D.O. by the Forjas de Salnés winery.
Forjas del Salnés Tinto comes from old vines on pebble, sandy and granitic soils. The vines are of indigenous varieties of varying ages ranging from 45 to 180 years old. When the grapes are at their optimum ripeness, they are harvested by hand.
Appearance: Intense red.
Nose: Aromas of good intensity, with the presence of wood in the foreground, on a background of ripe red fruit and a slight vegetal note.
Palate: Medium structure, balanced acidity and good fruit content.
