Once the sesame seeds have been selected, they are roasted together with unrefined sea salt grains. Finally, the mixture is finely ground to promote the ingestion of the active ingredients of sesame in the form of seasonings. Sesame in its natural state provides a large amount of proteins, lecithin, unsaturated fatty acids, minerals (calcium and phosphorus).
How to use:
It is recommended to use as a condiment for salads, soups, pastas, vegetables, sauces and in cooking dishes in general. Use approx. 1 dessert spoon per individual dish
