The Salpicón, a typically Mediterranean recipe, is characterized by its healthy nutritional value. Made with octopus, we use only the tentacles of this cephalopod and cook them to give them the characteristic smoothness of our Salpicón. Finally, it is chopped into slices. To this we add a special dressing, as well as quality mussels and pickles, resulting in a ready-to-serve seafood salad.
