Mouth: 'Entrada envolvente y golosa, a su paso es amplio y untuoso. En vía retronasal vuelve la fruta y la pimienta rosa. En el final encontramos una nota amargosa que se funde con la acidez que aporta frescura.'
Nose: 'Rica e intensa de pronunciada expresión frutal. Melocotón de viña, frutas rojas como fresillas silvestres, sandía, piel de pomelo, recuerdo floral, hierbas provenzales y un sutil fondo especiado – pimienta rosa -. '
The Gramona Mart Rosé Wine is a wine made with 100% Xarello Vermell grapes from biodynamic agriculture and certified vinification with the DEMETER seal.
Making:
The mother estate of this wine is Les Solanes, a family estate with an area of 2 hectares of Xarello with very particular calcareous clay soils. The grapes are harvested by hand on August 5, flower day according to the biodynamic calendar. The grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to achieve an aromatic extraction and a light pink color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The result is a refreshing, lively and delicate wine with marked aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs touched by our terroir. Bottled on November 12, 2019, fruit day according to the biodynamic calendar.
