The winter was dry and a very early spring surprised us when we finished pruning and knotting. The start of the season was, at that time, extremely early. However, the weather has cooled since late January and within a month we have found more consistent levels of maturity.

In search of fresh profiles in our white wines, we decided to harvest our grapes early, starting in mid-February for the whites and the first half of April for the Malbecs and Cabernets. The 2015 vintage is characterized by long, beautiful acidity and great aromatic freshness.
