El Perro Verde is a project of Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo and his son Javier, whose family had always been linked to the vineyard. It is a 100% Verdejo white wine made with grapes from vineyards located in Pozaldez, Ventona de la Cuesta, La Seca, Rueda and Medina del Campo. It is a fresh wine, ideal to accompany appetizers, rice dishes, crustaceans and fish.
