Zamburiñas from the Galician Rias, selected and hand-packed in their natural broth
Like the scallop, the Zamburiña is a bivalve mollusk of the Pectinidae family. They live both free and inshore attached by byssus to stones, rocks, shell debris and large algae. It inhabits depths of up to 100 meters.
Healthy eating: Among the properties of the zamburiña is its important carrying calcium and phosphorus, vitamins A and B and potassium and iodine, and also has a very low value of fat, so it is one of the pleasures that we can give us without forgetting to take care of the line.
