50% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder MONTEBUGÓ is a 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed pork shoulder. A rich and healthy product that is part of the Mediterranean diet. It has a curing period of approximately 24 months. The hams and shoulders from MONTEBUGÓ are a selection of the best purebred Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows of the Aracena mountains and the Iberian Peninsula. The pigs receive exceptional care, resulting in an exceptional final product.
The MONTEBUGÓ hams are cured in natural cellars in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena, which is why they are characterized by their aroma, color, and incomparable flavor.
