With a delicate flavor, strong and intense aroma, and meat with little fiber. The acorn-fed ham is from Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows, fed with natural grass and acorns. It is of the highest quality and a delight for the palate.
75% Iberian breed: It is obtained from pigs with one parent 100% Iberian and the other 50% Iberian.

The Iberian pig is the native breed of the Iberian Peninsula, providing meat products with exceptional nutritional values.
It can have different qualities depending on its rearing method and the feeding received throughout its life.
Acorn Quality: This classification is of the highest quality, with Iberian pigs raised freely in the dehesas and fed on natural grass and acorns.
Artesana Jamonera has over 40 years of experience in the ham industry, offering products of the highest quality, guaranteeing proper curing and a quality consistent with the characteristics of each product.
Salting: It is covered with sea salt and stored at temperatures between 0 and 5ºC.
Drying: To acquire its characteristic aroma and flavor, it is stored in a chamber with very strict conditions.
Curing: Over 36 months. This process results in the piece being completely infused with an exceptional flavor and aroma.
In refrigeration: Tª = 5ºC
In freezing: Tª < -18ºC.
You will receive your piece wrapped in greaseproof paper and mesh.
