Available in a 3/8 bottle.Tasting notes VARIETY 100% Airén variety MACERATION Two months of maceration with the base herbs, over 50 varieties, and then 12 months in oak barrels. This stabilizes the aroma and color of the resulting blend. AGING 12 months in new French oak barrels (Allier) of 500 l AROMA Wide nose and intense aromas of aromatic herbs, certain balsamic and spicy notes, orange peel, and citrus. TASTE On the palate, we find notes of wood, herbs, and spices. Very long and original aftertaste, with intense bitter notes balanced with sweet memories.
